The property on Reyes Street in Patul, Santiago City, was chosen deliberately. Its natural canopy of greenery offered something rare in an urban setting — immediate calm. The surrounding trees and garden were cultivated and preserved, forming the lush living backdrop that gives the villa its name and its soul. Every structural decision, from the layout of the spaces to the selection of furnishings, was made in service of one goal: that guests feel as though they've stepped into their own private world.
